GH Preview Video, June 20: Willow’s Marriage Decision & Kristina Shocks Michael
General Hospital spoilers are in for Friday, June 20, 2025. Fans can expect Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to make an alarming discovery.

Emma Scorpio-Drake’s Encounter
Let’s start off with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner). The preview clip for today’s episode shows Emma cuddling a puppy as Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) stands beside her. (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)
The young activist tells the dog, “It’ll be okay. You know what to do.” Fans know that Emma is an animal lover and a passionate activist.
It is also teased that this will be quite the memorable encounter for Gio. I wonder if Gio will start to feel sparks for Emma. Perhaps a little romance will help ease the anger he feels about his adoption.
Willow Tait Corinthos’ Big Announcement
Over with Willow, she is distraught over losing custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Morko Mack).

In addition to that, the judge gave Michael discretion over visits with Willow, including if she sees the kids at all.
Fans already watched as Michael opened up to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about Amelia asking for her mom. It was a heartbreaking moment and it made Michael question if he made the right decision. However, Jason is right that Willow isn’t stable right now.
So, what exactly is Willow’s announcement? Will she announce that she’s marrying Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)?
The preview clip also shows Drew and Willow sitting on the couch. Drew looks up at an unseen person and asks if Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) is willing to play ball.
That sounds like the unseen person could be Willow’s custody attorney, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst).
Elsewhere, Tracy has a sinister sneer on her face as she approaches someone.
Kai Taylor’s Bombshell
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) learns disturbing information. As they lie in bed together, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) hears about Drew’s generous paid internship offer. Kai is once again so excited but Trina will have a bad feeling.

In tomorrow’s episode, fans can also expect Ava Jerome (Maura West) to offer support to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) issues a vague warning to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).
Also, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) tells Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) its reckoning day and there’s nothing he can do about it.
