Y&R Spoilers: Tessa’s cruelty – Mariah’s life is in danger when she drinks poison
Y&R Spoilers Wednesday, July 9 Reveal After all the storms that Mariah and Tessa have overcome together in the past, no one could have expected that one day there would be such a mysterious and obscure distance between them as it is now.
When summer comes, the golden sunlight outside the window only makes the gloomy, stuffy atmosphere in the house that the two once called home even more clear.
Mariah, who used to be open to sharing all her joys and sorrows with Tessa, is now more secretive than ever.
This coldness does not come from the usual conflicts of a long-term marriage, but from a deep obsession, something beyond Tessa’s understanding and tolerance.
Mariah has locked herself in a world of her own, carrying all the secrets that cannot be spoken. Many nights, she lies awake, looking at the moonlight pouring through the window, her heart filled with regret and invisible fear.
What tormented her most was not the risk of her marriage breaking up, but the feeling that she was dragging the person she loved most into a dark vortex, where just a moment of weakness could sweep Tessa away and put her in a legal trap with no way out.
Mariah did not want to hurt Tessa, but the more she tried to protect her, the more she pushed Tessa away, and that made the crisis between the two of them worse.
Tessa was completely bewildered by her wife’s strange attitude. Every day that passed, Tessa felt like she was abandoned in a cold maze, where every question was met with only shakes of the head or forced smiles.
She tried her best to be patient, to encourage, and even to ignore Mariah’s unusual behavior, hoping that everything would pass. But as the secrets grew like irreparable cracks, Tessa began to doubt: did Mariah no longer trust her?
Or rather, is Mariah hiding some terrible sin that if exposed, everything will collapse? Tessa couldn’t help but feel pain and disappointment.
For her, marriage is about companionship, about facing all challenges together, not about hiding and isolating.
Mariah’s coldness, the long silences between the two of them, made her unable to help but think of the worst.
The lack of sharing, dialogue and trust created an invisible wall, which grew thicker and thicker each day Mariah decided to endure everything alone.
Tessa had repeatedly suggested that the two of them work it out together, but each time she only received bitter silence.
