According to listing agent Angelina Santos, her current clients purchased the property from one of the Sister Wives back in 2019.
Public records confirm that the home, located at 4023 Wild Eagle Circle, indeed belonged to Janelle Brown before she sold it during the family’s relocation from Las Vegas to Flagstaff, Arizona.
The house sits in a private, guard-gated community near Lone Mountain Park, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the northwest valley of Las Vegas.
Originally constructed in 2012, the sprawling 4,238-square-foot property exudes modern charm and elegant design. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, it’s perfectly suited for a large family or anyone who enjoys expansive living spaces.
The .43-acre lot offers not only privacy but also a surprising touch of luxury: a full-size basketball court in the backyard, ideal for family fun or entertaining guests. From the outside, the home features sleek architectural lines and desert landscaping that blend seamlessly into the Las Vegas terrain.
Inside, the residence is equally impressive. The open-concept floor plan includes a spacious living area, high ceilings, and contemporary finishes throughout. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, highlighting the clean, minimalist aesthetic.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, and custom cabinetry — perfect for home cooks or entertaining. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a private retreat complete with a spa-style bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
According to Clark County property records, the home last sold in 2019 for $575,000, meaning its current listing price nearly doubles its previous value.
The increase reflects not only Las Vegas’s rising real estate market but also the home’s unique connection to reality TV fame. Homes once owned by well-known personalities often attract added interest, and this property’s Sister Wives legacy only amplifies that allure.
The Brown family, led by Kody Brown, became household names when Sister Wives premiered in 2010, chronicling their unconventional polygamist lifestyle.
The show featured Kody, his four wives — Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn — and their combined 18 children.
After leaving Utah due to restrictive state laws, the Browns settled in Las Vegas in 2011 and famously built four nearly identical homes side-by-side in Eagle Rock Estates, symbolizing both their unity and individuality within their plural marriage.
However, by late 2018, the family began selling off the Las Vegas properties as they prepared for a new chapter in Flagstaff, Arizona — a move that marked the beginning of dramatic shifts in their relationships.

Kody listed at least two of the Las Vegas homes for sale at that time, including Janelle’s former residence at 4023 Wild Eagle Circle.
Now, several years later, the home’s reappearance on the market offers a fascinating glimpse into a pivotal era of Sister Wives history.
While the Browns have since faced family fractures and separations, this Las Vegas property stands as a beautifully preserved reminder of the show’s golden years — when the family was united under one desert skyline.
With its elegant design, high-end amenities, and connection to one of reality television’s most talked-about families, the Wild Eagle Circle home is more than just a listing — it’s a piece of pop culture real estate waiting for its next chapter.
