GH Spoilers: Willow & Drew’s Quickie Marriage Follows Desperate Proposal?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was pondering if he should break up with Willow Tait-Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) during the Friday, June 13 episode, he’ll do a complete 180 in the days ahead and propose to his gal pal, who is currently struggling with her sanity.

Drew summoned Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) during the June 13 show in hopes that he could send a message to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

After talking to Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), Drew seemed to be coming to the conclusion that leaving Willow would be what’s best for her.

Especially in light of the fact that he essentially was the reason she lost her custody case.

It also looked as if this would be the very “proposal” he’d be presenting to Jason, who would thus relay it to Michael.

Still, the GH preview for the week of June 16-20 seems to reveal a very different story, as a clip is shown of a very concerned Jason, telling Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that Drew’s not going to give up.

The last clip of the promo is Drew asking Willow to marry him.

From the looks of it, Jason won’t be on board with whatever ‘proposal’ Drew gives him during the Monday, June 16 episode.

In fact, GH spoilers imply Jason will be a thorn in Drew’s side.

The two could get into a bit of an argument, and considering their bad blood for each other, if Drew proposes something completely outlandish, Jason may dismiss him entirely.

It’s unlikely that Jason would deny any situation where Drew suggests he leaves Willow, so Drew may offer up some cockamamie idea where he hopes to fool Jason – or Michael – into agreeing to joint custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).

Drew may reason that the kids need their mom, and that Willow needs them, considering her mental health breakdown shortly after the judge announced her decision to award full custody of Wiley and Amelia to Michael.

Jason will obviously decline Drew’s offer, which may cause his twin to reel, but where will he come up with the idea for him and Willow to marry?

His proposal during the GH preview seems urgent, almost as if he’s suggesting eloping or a quickie wedding.

Could Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) once again threaten to expose their affair?

Considering her daughter’s fragile mental state, this wouldn’t be a good idea, but she also wants Willow to be happy with her kids.

The affair news might be the very thing that snaps Willow back to reality and causes her to finally cut the cut-throat congressman loose.

Drew could devise a plan to further manipulate Willow if he’s worried about Nina’s bombshell.

Even though Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) said there was a very minimal chance that Willow could win an appeal for custody, Drew may reason with her that fighting as a single Michael, as a married couple might be the way to go.

After all, he and Willow, being married, would offer the kids a truly stable family home.

As such, in order to do this, they would need to get hitched right away.

Willow is delusional and desperate to get her kids back, so she may fall for Drew’s scam.

Once the two are married, it’ll be very hard for her to break things off with him, even if she finds out the truth about his affair with her mother

General Hospital spoilers imply that Drew is betting on that, as he knows that once he and Willow are legally married, all he’d have to do is dangle her wanting Wiley and Amelia back, and she just may stay with him, despite his lies.
