Janelle Brown’s time on Sister Wives may be coming to an end.

The reality TV personality, 56, recently took to Instagram, sharing multiple cryptic posts suggesting she was leaving the long-running reality TV show.

In a Sunday, December 21 post, Brown shared a video of a sunset, writing in her caption in part, “I used to think I’d ‘broken’ at certain points in my life.

Leaving the show… leaving a marriage… starting over at an age where everyone expects you to have it all figured out. I kept looking at the pieces and thinking something must be wrong with me.

“But now, standing where I am, I can see it differently,” she continued. “None of those moments were breaking points. They were shedding points. Old expectations. Old versions of myself. Old identities that were never really mine.”

Fans took to the comment section, thinking that Brown’s words meant she was leaving the TLC show.

“Leaving the show? 😢 I hope you get your own show!!!” one fan commented. “You deserve to have your own life to yourself so I shouldn’t complain.”

“It’s long past time for this show to end,” a second penned. “I wish you well with all the good things coming your way 🙌.”

“yes! leave ‘Sister Wives’ enough is enough now,” a third wrote. “We just need a spin off with you and your kids and the farm.”

Brown — who has been a cast member on Sister Wives for all 20 seasons since it first aired in 2010 — also shared an Instagram Carousel reflecting on how the cameras captured only part of her life.

“Living so much of my life in front of cameras meant people formed opinions long before they ever heard my actual voice,” she wrote on Friday, December 19.”

They saw moments on-screen, but not the quiet conversations, the processing, or the things I held close because I wasn’t ready to share them.”

“Now that life feels quieter, I’m learning how to open up in ways I never had space before,” she added. “It feels vulnerable, but also I’m finally letting people meet the real me. And honestly… that feels like healing.”

In a third post, Janelle discussed her “second chapter” since moving to a farm in North Carolina.

“It’s nothing I ever pictured for myself, not even close,” she wrote in the caption on Monday, December 22. “But now that I’m in it, it’s like my whole body finally said, “Oh… this is what we’ve needed.”
