In the upcoming episode, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is seen urgently telling someone to get Rocco (Finn Carr) away from the pier crime scene. Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is left shaken after discovering Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) bleeding on the floor of her office. The moment hits her hard — she walks in, takes one look at Marco, and blurts out an “Oh my God!” in pure shock.
At the same time, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) steps in to make an arrest.
Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) also plays a key role, telling someone that if they follow his instructions, no one will ever find out the truth. Teasers suggest Nathan asks Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to keep a secret, possibly involving the fact that Rocco shot Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) in an attempt to protect Jason.
Elsewhere, Dante declares, “You’re under arrest,” raising the question of whether Jason could be the one taken into custody. This could potentially explain Jason’s absence if he ends up being sent to Pentonville.
At the hospital, the situation remains critical. Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) urgently tells Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) to rush a patient into trauma care. It appears Cullum has been brought in, but his fate is uncertain. In the operating room, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) insists that they do everything possible to save him.
Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) speaks firmly to an emotional Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), assuring her that something won’t happen, though she questions his authority to make that call.
Back at the pier, Jason checks on Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who was injured during the confrontation and hit her head. He urgently calls for help, making it clear the situation is serious. As for Rocco, his involvement in the incident could lead to major consequences.
