B&B Recap: Katie Loses it – ‘Ms. Sunshine’ Returns to Hayes’ School
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Tuesday, July 1, reveals that “Ms. Sunshine” aka Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) showed up to give a lesson at Hayes Finnegan’s (Bryan David Garlick) school art program while Katie Logan (Heather Tom) absolutely lost it over Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) sting operation.
At the apartment above Il Giardino, Luna met with Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) again and admitted she was leaving Los Angeles – though she had one thing to take care of first.
Sheila realized this was goodbye, so she offered a heartfelt hug and let Luna know that she loved her.
Although Luna knew it’d be hard to leave everything behind in LA, she said at least she was going out with a bang!
That comment left Sheila looking unsettled over what Luna had planned.
Next on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann) texted Luna at Il Giardino and had a troubled expression as he flashed back to their time on the firing range together.
When Sheila appeared, she found out Remy was worried about Luna – and he could see that Sheila seemed worried, too.
Back with Luna, she lurked outside the beach house and spied on Hayes while his art program was in progress.
“Ms. Sunshine” eventually went inside and got an introduction from Ms. Dylan (Sydney Bullock), who was excited for their guest art teacher to show the kids how to make origami.
Luna walked the children through some steps and eventually approached Hayes, who said his mom was impressed with the origami crane.
“Ms. Sunshine” suggested they could make another gift that would blow Hayes’ mom away, so he was all for it.
At the cliff house, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was distracted as he tried to get Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) on the phone for more news on Luna and the sting operation.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) gave Ridge updates and suggested that Will’s trap worked – though Luna wound up getting away.
Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) hinted about giving the kids a heads-up on the Luna danger, but Steffy wanted to protect their happiness and innocence as long as she could.
As for Luna getting caught and landing behind bars again, Steffy was sure it was just a matter of time.
At Forrester Creations, Katie flew into a tearful rage over Will endangering himself with the sting operation.
Will embraced Katie as he did his best to calm her down.
Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) tried to play up Will’s bravery, but Katie didn’t think it was Will’s responsibility to save Steffy from all the Luna drama.
Will argued that he did it for Electra and tried to reassure his mom, but Katie remained upset – especially since Luna pulled a gun on him when it all went south.
Since Luna escaped, Will wished he could’ve done more to stop her.
If Will got another chance, he insisted he’d do something and infuriated Katie all over again.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say the Luna chaos isn’t over yet, so don’t miss what’s in store.
