DOOL Summer Preview: 𝚂𝚑𝚘𝚘𝚝𝚎𝚛’𝚜 Innocent Victim, 𝙼𝚞𝚛𝚍𝚎𝚛 Attempt Exposed, Public Health Crisis

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that the show released a “summer sizzle preview,” which features a glimpse at the action happening this summer and beyond in Salem.

Let’s talk about the new promo and all the shockers it contains.

For starters, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will be determined to carry out Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) vision for the family empire, but Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) will want to build a better legacy instead.

Meanwhile, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) will worry about the Kiriakis clan losing everything due to using DiMera money to make the loan payments.

Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will experience more trouble in her marriage to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), but she’ll do her best to bring Philip and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) together for the Titan battle ahead.

Philip will also blast Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) for trying to use her new DiMera inheritance to fix things and will make it clear that’s not possible.

In Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) office, she’ll quiz Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) about whether her connection to EJ is personal or professional.

Other Days spoilers say Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) will face some tension with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), who’ll eventually face EJ’s wrath when he figures out she tried to kill Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) through Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd).

As for Johnny, he’ll get swept up in something he’d rather not be part of.

That’ll bring some office snooping and could lead to Johnny trying to help with a public health crisis involving tainted drugs.

Of course, love will be in the air for several couples, including Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey).

Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will also squeeze in some romantic moments along with Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) and Belle Black (Martha Madison).

Although Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will exchange love declarations with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), she’ll remain drawn to Xander.

That’ll give Xander some hope, but Marlena will worry he’s deluding himself into thinking Sarah wants a reunion.

Once Rachel Black (Lorelai Olivia Mote) finds out what happened to Sophia, she’ll worry that the doctors won’t be able to heal her either.

Rachel will need plenty of support as she reacts to the news of Sophia’s grim fate.

As for Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens), she’ll demand to know the effects of her cancer treatment options on her baby.

It could leave Chanel wanting to forgo treatment until after the baby’s born.

Chanel will deal with a pregnancy-related emergency at the hospital later and admit to Johnny that she’s scared, so these two will have to lean on each other.

Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) will return to strike a deal while Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) stabs EJ in the back.

EJ will also face Lexie’s fury when it turns out her cure was perhaps only temporary and that she could be dying again.

In Days’ summer preview video, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) can be seen kicking EJ out of Lexie’s hospital room once she becomes a patient there once more.

It looks like EJ will get beat up at some point, but he’ll angrily insist that all his decisions and sacrifices have been for the good of the DiMera family.

Other Days spoilers say Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will face some new accusations involving pills that she swears aren’t hers.

It’ll lead to Holly’s major blowup with Tate Black (Leo Howard) while Cat has one of her own with Chad.

One of the summer promo’s biggest moments involves Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein) pulling a loaded gun on an innocent person and firing it.

Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) calls Stephanie out after she throws all the gun safety rules she’s learned out the window.

There’s another promo clip involving Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) looking for Kelsey Kiriakis at the hospital, where Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is distraught next to an empty baby carrier and ends up crying in Alex’s arms.

The summer preview wraps up a mystery man who’s dropping breadcrumbs on Stefano’s behalf, so Chad tells Belle that it’s better not to spread the word.
