FULL General Hospital 5/26/2026 Spoilers | GH Tuesday, May 26, 2026
Tuesday’s upcoming episode of General Hospital is shaping up to be a complete emotional disaster for nearly everyone in Port Charles — and the fallout could permanently alter multiple families at once.
With Monday airing as a Memorial Day repeat, the suspense surrounding Tuesday’s episode has only intensified. And at the center of the chaos are Rocco, Britt Westbourne, Lulu Spencer, and a desperate escape plan that may already be spiraling out of control.
The biggest shock comes from Lulu herself.

In a move that leaves even longtime fans stunned, Lulu reportedly secures fake passports in hopes of helping Rocco flee Port Charles before Ross Cullum can destroy their lives. While Lulu believes she is protecting her son, the decision may ultimately backfire in catastrophic fashion.
Rocco allegedly discovers the escape materials and vanishes with Britt before anyone can stop him.
Once Dante learns his son is missing, emotions immediately explode. Yet instead of turning against Lulu, Dante shocks everyone by staying calm and insisting they work together to find Rocco before things become even worse. It is a rare moment of emotional restraint from Dante, especially considering the dangerous situation surrounding the family.
But the real danger may come from Britt herself.
Despite her worsening health struggles and emotional exhaustion, Britt reportedly encourages Rocco to leave Port Charles entirely. After everything she has endured, Britt may see escape as the only remaining option for both of them. However, helping a frightened teenager flee from authorities places Britt in incredibly dangerous territory.
And unfortunately, Ross Cullum may already be closing in.
Cullum reportedly knows Rocco was the true shooter on the pier while Jason Morgan took the fall to protect him. That revelation alone dramatically raises the stakes because Jason is now suffering inside a WSB black site in Jakarta for a crime he did not commit.
Every reckless decision Rocco makes now threatens to destroy Jason’s sacrifice completely.
Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos begins stepping fully back into his mob-boss instincts after Britt drops a shocking bombshell. According to the latest information, Jen Sidwell may have murdered Professor Henry Dalton, while Pascal the butler helped cover up the crime at Wyndemere.
The moment Sonny hears that information, everything changes.
Instead of acting alone, Sonny surprisingly brings the evidence directly to Laura Collins. Together, they begin plotting a dangerous strategy to pressure Pascal into turning against Sidwell from the inside. The idea of Sonny and Laura secretly working together to dismantle Sidwell’s empire creates a fascinating alliance that could completely reshape Port Charles.
At the same time, Sidwell remains obsessed with finding Marco Rios’s killer — completely unaware that his own ally, Ross Cullum, is responsible for the murder.
That looming betrayal may become the most explosive twist of all.
If Sidwell discovers the truth, the partnership between him and Cullum could erupt into open war, placing everyone around them in immediate danger. Britt knows too much. Lucas Jones knows too much. And now both are deeply entangled in a deadly game neither can escape easily.
Elsewhere, quieter emotional moments bring unexpected depth to the chaos. Lucas opens up to Carly Spencer about his grief over Marco’s death, and for once Carly drops her defenses completely to comfort him. Amid all the violence and deception, the scene serves as a reminder of how deeply loss continues to affect the people of Port Charles.
And then there is the mystery involving Alexis Davis and Ava Jerome.
The unlikely duo reportedly heads to Manhattan to investigate connections surrounding Delila Wilson and a mysterious Japanese artist tied to baby Phoebe’s storyline. Their investigation may ultimately expose Ethan’s hidden connection to the child — a revelation that could trigger yet another emotional explosion.
Between Rocco and Britt fleeing the city, Sonny preparing to take down Sidwell, Dante desperately trying to protect his family, and multiple secrets hanging by a thread, Tuesday’s episode promises to deliver one of the most chaotic and emotionally charged nights General Hospital has seen in a long time.
