General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, October 2, 2025. Fans can expect the next episode to feature Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) putting a knife to Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) throat.
Nathan West (Ryan Peavey) meets James West (Gary James Fuller) for the first time. Plus, Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) meets Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Sonny Corinthos’ New Connection
Let’s start off with Sonny, who ends up meeting a new connection. That connection will be Ronnie. So, the mob boss likely stops by to give his condolences.
Despite the beef with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott), Sonny will want to pay his respects to Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson). While there, Sonny meets Ronnie. As the two talk, Ronnie claims she’s not about to be scared off by Tracy.
Could the two bond in their mutual hate-on for Tracy? Could they form an alliance? Tracy isn’t a fan of the mob boss, or Monica’s long-lost sister!
Carly Spencer Interrogated
Over with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she gets grilled by police commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). The blonde is in no mood for Anna’s questions, though. The hotel owner says, “Why don’t you do your job and stop trying to pin it on the obvious suspects.”
Meanwhile, Tracy questions Michael about Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell). However, the young man doesn’t back down or confess. Instead, he challenges Tracy to tell the cops if she doesn’t believe his story.
Alexis Davis Attacked
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 2 reveal that Ric makes a move on Alexis. While the lawyer is napping on the couch, Ric puts a knife to her throat.
However, Ava Jerome (Maura West) manages to have perfect timing. So, she likely subdues him somehow, essentially saving Alexis’ life.
Nathan West’s Visitor
There is also Nathan, who smiles as he meets James. However, will James get the feeling that the man in the hospital bed is not his real father? Kids tend to have a sense about these things.
Meanwhile, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will aim to protect James by trying to stop Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) from letting the little boy meet Nathan.

The woman claims that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) wouldn’t be okay with this, but she’s wrong. Maxie would be thrilled if Nathan were really alive. So, why is Britt trying to stop James from seeing her ‘brother’?
Later, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) confronts Britt. Is it possible that Liz overhears Britt and Spinelli’s conversation?
While the doctor will cover, Liz is pretty perceptive. So, that could open up a huge bombshell that nobody is prepared for!
